This add-on is included in SEO package for CS-Cart projects as recommended by SEOs.
The add-on gives you such possibilities:
- Creates a so-called index file for the store sitemap, in which there are links to individual site map files (image maps, page maps)
- Creates a separate XML sitemaps for the following store objects: products, categories, pages, pages for Brand / Manufacturer
- Forms a separate XML image map (yes, now your images will be well indexed by the search engines more better)
- Separates site maps by the number of links to objects (up to 50000 links or 10 mb size limit for 1 XML sitemap file) according to the recommendations of search engines;
- By default, creates site maps without optional attributes: Last modified date, Change frequency, Priority (xml file will be smaller by size to parse it by Google) but in the add-on settings every attribute can be added to any object of the sitemap;
- Allows you to embed links to objects from other add-ons (for example, you can include links to the seo pages for filters)
- Creates a site map for each storefront separately;
- Allows adding custom links (anything you want) in the sitemap;
- Allows you to regenerate the site map by scheduled jobs (cron). This will reduce the load on your server, but at the same time all information will be given to search engines in an up-to-date state.
